Our financial accounting module covers all the financial activities
like transaction processing, inquiries, reports generation and
accounting file maintenance. All types of voucher activities like
voucher entry and validation and other features like cash book,
bank book, journal book, purchase journal, sales journal, general
ledger, subsidiary ledger, budgeting accounts receivable, account
payables, trial balance and balance sheet are supported. Other
reports that are supported are general ledger master list, customer
master list, miscellaneous master list and balance sheet.
Material management activity comprises of inventory management
and purchase accounting. All general store accounting transactions,
that are used in the day to day practice by the client, are maintained
by inventory management module. This module facilitates efficient
inventory management, thus optimizing the cost of maintaining
inventory. Various features such as material requisition, material
issue, material receipt, material movement, scrap handling are
supported.
